Digital products — instant access
All WordPress themes and digital downloads offered by Instant Files are delivered electronically. No physical shipment is required.
How it works:
- Order confirmation: After completing checkout, you’ll receive an order confirmation email.
- Download access: A second email will include a secure download link for your purchased files. Simply click the link to access and begin using your theme immediately.
- Compatibility: Once downloaded, files can be installed or customized using compatible software or platforms as specified in the product details.
Physical products (if applicable)
At this time, Instant Files primarily provides digital items. However, physical deliveries such as printed design materials or branded kits (where offered) qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.
- Processing time: Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. Please allow up to 3 days during busy periods.
- Order updates: To correct order information, email Contact@instantfiles.shop within 1 hour of purchase.
Estimated delivery time for physical shipments (if applicable):
- United States: 1–5 business days after dispatch.
- International: 7–14 business days after dispatch (up to 30 business days during peak seasons).
Tracking information is provided for all eligible shipments.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for ensuring correct address information during checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, contact Contact@instantfiles.shop within 1 hour to request an update. Once processing or shipping begins, modifications may not be possible. Returned items can be resent after arrival, subject to additional transit time.
Duties and taxes (for physical shipments)
International deliveries may be subject to customs inspections or local duties and taxes. These fees must be paid by the receiver in accordance with local import laws.
Digital refunds and access issues
Because digital files are delivered immediately and accessible upon download, they are non‑refundable once the download link has been accessed. For technical or download issues, contact our support team for prompt assistance.
